How to use WinMTR
STEP 1. Extract the downloaded file Right click the file and extract.	STEP 2. Run WinMTR Double Click WinMTR.exe to initiate the program.
STEP 3. Add the ip address Type the IP Address into the Host text box.	STEP 4. Copy the Results Click on the button labeled "Copy Text to Clipboard", then paste where needed.
